nightyアプリは無料アプリとして開発されました。このサービスはLocusLinkによって無償で提供され、そのままの状態で使用されることを意図しています。

このページは、私のサービスをご利用いただく場合の、個人情報の収集、使用、開示に関する方針についてお知らせするために使用されます。

私のサービスをご利用いただく場合、本ポリシーに関連する情報の収集と使用に同意したことになります。私が収集する個人情報は、サービスの提供と改善のために使用されます。本プライバシーポリシーに記載されている場合を除き、お客様の情報を誰とも使用または共有することはありません。

本プライバシーポリシーで使用される用語は、本プライバシーポリシーで別途定義されていない限り、nightyでアクセス可能な利用規約と同じ意味を持ちます。

情報の収集と使用

nighty は、利用状況分析・クラッシュ診断・広告配信のため、最小限のデータを収集します。本アプリはアプリ単体で機能し、アカウント・メールアドレス・睡眠データは一切収集せず、個人を特定することもありません。お客様が入力・設定する情報はお客様のデバイス内に保持されます。

収集する限定的な情報は、利用状況の分析(Firebase Analytics)、クラッシュ・診断情報(Firebase Crashlytics)、および広告配信(Google AdMob)のために使用される、デバイスおよび利用状況に関する情報です。詳細は以下の各項目をご確認ください。

本アプリは、お客様を識別するために使用される情報を収集する可能性のある第三者サービスを使用しています。

広告について

本アプリは Google AdMob によるリワード広告(視聴により報酬が得られる広告)を表示します。広告の表示にあたり、以下の点をお知らせします。

  • 本アプリは非パーソナライズ広告のみを配信します。お客様の興味・関心に基づくターゲティング(パーソナライズ)広告は配信しません。
  • 本アプリは IDFA(広告識別子)を使用せず、アプリ間・サイト間での行動追跡(トラッキング)を行いません。このため App Tracking Transparency の許可も求めません。
  • 非パーソナライズ広告の配信にあたり、広告の表示・不正防止・頻度制限などのために、デバイスに関する限定的な情報(例: おおよその位置情報〔IP アドレスに基づく国・地域レベル〕、デバイスの種類、広告との操作情報)が Google に送信・処理されることがあります。
  • これらのデータは Google(AdMob)により広告の配信・測定のために処理されます。取り扱いの詳細は AdMob プライバシーポリシー および Google プライバシーポリシー をご確認ください。

広告に関する同意は、Google User Messaging Platform(UMP)を通じて管理されます。EU/EEA・英国などお住まいの地域の法令に応じて、初回起動時等に同意確認の画面が表示される場合があります。お客様は同意の選択を後から変更することができます。

利用状況分析

本アプリは、サービスの利用状況を把握し改善するため、Google の Firebase Analytics を使用します。収集されるイベントの例として、アプリの起動、再生ボタンのタップ、セッションの完了などがあります。これらは機能の利用頻度や改善点を把握する目的で利用されます。

  • Firebase Analytics は本アプリのファーストパーティ分析として利用され、広告識別子(IDFA / Android 広告 ID)の収集は行いません。
  • 分析は端末ごとの識別子(IDFV 等)に基づき、アプリ内の利用状況の集計を目的とします。アプリ間・サイト間のトラッキングには使用しません。
  • 分析データの収集は、お住まいの地域に応じて同意に基づいて行われます。詳細は Firebase プライバシーとセキュリティ および Google プライバシーポリシー をご確認ください。

クラッシュ・診断情報

本アプリの安定性向上のため、Google の Firebase Crashlytics を使用してクラッシュレポートおよび診断情報を収集します。これには、クラッシュ発生時のスタックトレース、OS のバージョン、デバイスの種類・状態、アプリの構成、発生日時などの技術情報が含まれます。これらは不具合の特定と修正のためにのみ利用され、お客様個人を特定する目的では使用しません。

ログデータ

お客様が私のサービスを使用される際、アプリでエラーが発生した場合、私は（第三者製品を通じて）お客様の携帯電話上のログデータと呼ばれるデータおよび情報を収集することをお知らせします。このログデータには、お客様のデバイスのインターネットプロトコル（「IP」）アドレス、デバイス名、オペレーティングシステムのバージョン、私のサービスを利用する際のアプリの構成、サービスを利用した日時、その他の統計情報などが含まれる場合があります。

Cookie

Cookieは、匿名の一意の識別子として一般的に使用される少量のデータを含むファイルです。これらは、お客様が訪問したウェブサイトからお客様のブラウザに送信され、お客様のデバイスの内部メモリに保存されます。

Privacy Policy

I built the nighty app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by LocusLink at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at nighty unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

nighty collects a minimal set of data for usage analytics, crash diagnostics, and advertising. The app works on its own and does not collect any account, email address, or sleep data, and does not identify you personally. Information you enter or configure is retained on your device.

The limited information collected is device and usage information used for usage analytics (Firebase Analytics), crash and diagnostic reporting (Firebase Crashlytics), and advertising (Google AdMob). Please see each section below for details.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Advertising

The app displays rewarded ads (ads that grant a reward when viewed) provided by Google AdMob. With respect to advertising, please note the following.

  • The app serves non-personalized ads only. We do not serve interest-based (personalized) ads targeted to you.
  • The app does not use the IDFA (advertising identifier) and does not track you across apps or websites. For this reason, we do not present the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
  • To serve non-personalized ads, a limited set of device information (for example, approximate location at the country/region level derived from your IP address, device type, and ad interaction data) may be sent to and processed by Google for ad delivery, fraud prevention, and frequency capping.
  • This data is processed by Google (AdMob) for the delivery and measurement of ads. For details on how it is handled, please review the AdMob Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.

Consent for advertising is managed through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Depending on the laws of your region (such as the EU/EEA and the UK), a consent screen may be presented on first launch or at other times. You can change your consent choices at any time afterward.

Usage Analytics

The app uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand and improve how the Service is used. Examples of collected events include app launch, play-button taps, and session completion. These are used to understand how often features are used and where the app can be improved.

  • Firebase Analytics is used as first-party analytics for this app and does not collect advertising identifiers (IDFA / Android Advertising ID).
  • Analytics is based on a per-device identifier (such as the IDFV) and is intended to aggregate in-app usage. It is not used to track you across apps or websites.
  • Collection of analytics data is performed based on your consent depending on your region. For details, please review Firebase Privacy and Security and the Google Privacy Policy.

Crash and Diagnostic Data

To improve the stability of the app, we use Google Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnostic information. This includes technical information such as stack traces at the time of a crash, OS version, device type and state, app configuration, and the date and time of occurrence. This is used solely to identify and fix issues and not to identify you personally.

Log Data

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these "cookies" explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use "cookies" to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

Service Providers

I may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

  • To facilitate our Service;
  • To provide the Service on our behalf;
  • To perform Service-related services; or
  • To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

I want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to their Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

I value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. I encourage all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. I encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to us through the Application and/or Services, please contact us. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).

I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
